Stress in hospitals — assessment of psychosocial and physical risks

Hospital work is known to be physically and psychologically strenuous. The hospital company focused on health promotion not only with respect to the patients, but also to the workers. The in-house steering committee overseeing health promotion requested funding to undertake a thorough assessment of psychosocial risks at work and to install a health management system accordingly.
