Eurofound (the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions) provides information, advice and expertise on living and working conditions, industrial relations and managing change in Europe in the field of European Union social policy. Established in 1975 and based in Dublin, Ireland, the Foundation works in partnership with governments, employers, trade unions and European Union institutions to plan and design better living and working conditions in Europe.
