task standardisation through the use of information technology that involves identifying the tools and techniques to complete tasks, so as to improve and monitor efficiency in work performance, often through automated management
They stress, that digitalisation, automation and robotisation are changing the work organisation (digital Taylorism), which not only threatens traditional routine jobs but also those jobs that so far have been considered as highly-skilled.
