From observation to evidence: how OSH Barometer data helps workplace actors rebalance prevention

This case study shows how a workplace representative can use occupational safety and health data to interpret accident trends, assess working conditions, and examine prevention measures and inspection capacity. It highlights how persistent physical and psychosocial demands, uneven preventive resources and limited enforcement have contributed to fragile progress in workplace safety at national and EU level.
