Business leaders are at the forefront of identifying and managing new and emerging occupational safety and health (OSH) risks affecting their workplaces and sectors. The European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER) 2019 interviewed over 45,000 establishments in 33 countries to understand which risks pose the most critical OSH threat.

To review the results of this survey, the Portuguese national focal point is organising a webinar on 11 November. The event provides an overview of the key findings of the survey, in addition to an analysis of emerging psychosocial risks, such as work-related stress, violence and harassment. Speakers provide an insight into how European workplaces manage safety and health. There will be also a debate covering the main issues.

Taking place online, the webinar is particularly useful for managers, OSH technicians, company representatives and union representatives responsible for ensuring that workplaces are safe and healthy.
