L'ÉSEAN accueille des patients adolescents porteurs d’un halo crânien. Ils font l’objet d’au moins deux transferts par jour, entre leur lit et leur déambulateur. Bien que très brèves, ces opérations sont très sollicitantes pour les équipes soignantes et sources de troubles musculosquelettiques et de risques psychosociaux. L’établissement a lancé une démarche de réflexion collective associant personnel, médecin du travail, Carsat, cabinet d’ergonomie et designer industriel. Les premières pistes d’amélioration commencent à voir le jour.

Description
In this case study, ÉSEAN is an establishement welcoming teenager patients with a head halo. They undergo at least two transfers per day, between their bed and their walker. Although very brief, these operations are very demanding for the care teams and are sources of musculoskeletal disorders and psychosocial risks. The establishment has launched a collective reflection process involving staff, occupational physicians, Carsat, ergonomics firm and industrial designer. The first leads for improvement are starting to emerge.
