Description
This short guide provides illustrated exercises that can be done at the desk or workstation. It is aimed at office workers who may sit or stand for long periods, although the exercises are suitable for other workers who need a break from working in one position. The guide explains the use of exercise breaks, and describes simple exercises for the face and trunk, the shoulders, the back, the neck, the elbow and wrists and the legs.
