Bulgaria (Kardjali) – Managing emerging risks in a digitalised workplace
Informácie o podujatí
Digitalisation is revolutionising workplaces all over the world, bringing many positives. However, new work processes also mean new risk factors. To help companies manage these risks, the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (CEIBG) in cooperation with the Bulgarian Ministry of Labour and Social Policy is organising a second training seminar to provide information and advice on the emerging risks associated with digitalisation – following the success of the first seminar in July.
The event highlights new psychosocial and organisational risk factors, along with management strategies for dealing with them. Participants also have the chance to discuss any difficulties they have encountered. The aim is to prepare an action plan which companies can take back and enact in their workplaces to mitigate the risk factors identified.
Around 50 people are attending the event, which is especially useful for company representatives and trade union representatives responsible for ensuring that workplaces are safe and healthy. For example, the role of management in achieving positive results and advice on how to speak to employees about emerging psychosocial risks form a key part of the discussions.
