Czech Republic – The legal and psychological aspects of teleworking
As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, teleworking has become the new norm. However, this new way of working comes with new challenges in terms of managing occupational safety and health and companies having to deal with the related legal aspects.
The Czech national focal point is holding an online seminar to inform employers about their legal responsibilities with regards teleworking; how to keep workers psychologically healthy; and how ergonomics can help to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) when working from home.
Taking place online, the seminar is of particular interest to small and medium-sized companies and employers in general. Participants also receive information about EU-OSHA’s Campaign 2020-22 Healthy Workplaces Lighten the Load.
