Opis

Gender inequalities exist in work life, but little is known about how they affect occupational health issues. If men and women carry out the same task and are exposed to dangerous substances to the same degree, the impact on their health may be different, for example due to their different hormonal systems. The aim of this report is to raise awareness of the occupational health risks for women. Chapter 3 looks at the occupational risks of chemicals from a gender perspective.
