Description
The event focuses on managing psychosocial risks and preventing their impact on physical and mental health in the workplace and emphasizes the need to adapt working conditions to the diverse abilities, expectations, and needs of workers, considering the evolving nature of work, digital transformation, and various crises, by creating an inclusive, sustainable, and resilient world of work that addresses the consequences of psychosocial risks on mental health.
Psychosocial risks will be addressed considering the heterogeneity of the working population from a gender, age, education, functional diversity, and inclusion perspective, as well as promoting return to work after a health issue, among other factors. The event will also address sector-specific challenges, such as feminized sectors like healthcare and hospitality, and high-stress sectors due to hyperdigitalization like finance.
These topics align with the priorities of the EU Strategic Framework on Health and Safety at Work 2021-2027 as well as the Spanish Strategy on Occupational Safety and Health 2022-2027.
