Le foyer Résidence Tarnos Océan, établissement de l’Association européenne des handicapés moteurs, accueille, à Tarnos, au sud des Landes, des résidents nécessitant une assistance pour la plupart des actes de la vie quotidienne. La rénovation du site, sur la base de l’analyse des situations et des conditions de travail, a permis d’offrir à chacun un environnement qui fait sens. Les travaux réalisé entre 2015 et 2017 se sont appuyés sur une analyse fine de l’activité et des situations de travail liées aux besoins des résidents. De nombreux investissements ont concerné l’aménagement des locaux, la création de nouveaux services, la mise à disposition de matériel et la formation. Ainsi, la structure a pu augmenter sa capacité d’accueil de 10 places.

Description
This case study concerns the Residence Tarnos Océan home, an establishment of the European Association of the Physically Disabled, which welcomes residents in Tarnos, in the south of the Landes, who require assistance for most of the acts of daily life. The renovation of the site, based on an analysis of situations and working conditions, has made it possible to provide everyone with a meaningful environment. The work carried out between 2015 and 2017 was based on a detailed analysis of the activity and work situations linked to the needs of residents. Many investments have been made in the development of premises, the creation of new services, the provision of equipment and training. Thus, the structure was able to increase its reception capacity by 10 places.
