Lura għall-aħbarijiet dwar l-OSHLithuania and Greece promoting OiRA with training events
In March, EU-OSHA’s national Focial Points (FOPs) and OiRA partners in Lithuania and Greece are organising OiRA events co-financed by EU-OSHA, to present and promote the benefits of OiRA tools enabling a tailored risk assessment and risk management for micro and small companies.
On 19 March the seminar ‘Risk evaluation: Demonstration of interactive risk evaluation assessment OiRA’ will take place in Jonava, Lithuania. Registration and participation is free of charge and open to all those interested. Participants will learn more about the 12 OiRA tools developed for different sectors in Lithuania and how to use them for doing a risk assessment.
On 26 March, the Greek Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Solidarity will provide training on the use of OiRA to the Department of Physical Education & Sport Science of the University of Thessaly in Trikala. During the seminar safety and health issues at the workplace will be discussed and the EU-OSHA European campaign “Manage Dangerous Substances” will be presented. The seminar will further focus on the OiRA tools developed in Greece including an exploratory workshop on risk assessment with an EU sectoral social partners' tool tailored to the professional sports sector.
