Latvia – Helping workers through loneliness in lockdown
Dettalji dwar l-avveniment
The need to work remotely as a result of Covid-19 has meant that workers across Europe have been separated from their colleagues, often leaving them feeling isolated and alone. To tackle this growing problem, the National Focal Point in Latvia, in cooperation with the Institute for Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility, organises a seminar on the topic of loneliness at work.
By sharing personal experiences of dealing with workplace loneliness and separation, speakers offer practical solutions to the problem. They also share good practice tips to protect and maintain the mental health of remote workers while in confinement.
Taking place at the Minox conference centre in Riga, as well as online, the event offers useful and practical information for OSH representatives, HR managers and members of middle management.
For Latvian speakers: to learn more about mitigating workplace loneliness in the context of the global pandemic, register now to attend the seminar, either physically or digitally.
