A new report released by the Federation of European Social Employers offers a roadmap to improve working conditions in social services. 

It highlights the importance of risk assessments, targeted health initiatives, and management training on occupational safety. 

Inclusive policies that support diversity and address age and gender differences are also in the spotlight.
