Cette étude de cas présente une entreprise confrontée à des rythmes élevés de préparation et de livraison des commandes. Le projet TMS/Pénibilité fait apparaître le double rôle du responsable sécurité : interface entre direction et production, mais aussi encadrement de proximité auprès des opérateurs dans l’animation et la tenue des objectifs. Afin d’analyser les situations de travail, le groupe de travail a utilisé la technique de la vidéo. Ainsi, trois opératrices différentes ont été filmées dans leur activité de "picking", puis les vidéos ont été analysées par le groupe de travail et un plan d'action a été proposé à la Direction de l'entreprise.

This case study presents a company confronted with fast paced work situation of preparation and delivery of orders. The MSDs prevention project reveals the dual role of the safety manager: interface between management and production, but also close supervision with operators in the 'animation and achievement of objectives. In order to analyze work situations, the working group used the video technique. Thus, three different operators were filmed in their "picking" activity, then the videos were analyzed by the working group and an action plan was proposed to the management of the company.
