Cette étude de cas se déroule dans une entreprise familiale d’une centaine de salariés spécialisée dans la fabrication de textiles. Celle-ci etait confrontée à une forte pénibilité des postes de travail (répétitivité des gestes, bras suspendus, manutentions…). Deux experts en organisation industrielle et en ergonomie lui ont proposé une nouvelle organisation de l'espace de travail par la création d'un ilôt-pilote. Cette intervention conjointe a permis de trouver une nouvelle organisation du flux, tout en réduisant la pénibilité des postes et a provoqué une prise de conscience collective des enjeux de santé au travail.

Description
This case study takes place in a family business with a hundred employees specialized in the manufacture of textiles. The company was confronted with a high level of stress at the workstations (repetitive movements, suspended arms, manual handling, etc.). Two experts in industrial organization and ergonomics proposed a new organization of the workspace by creating a pilot-island. This joint intervention made it possible to find a new organization of the flow, while reducing the arduousness of the posts and provoked a collective awareness of the issues of health at work.
