Die DGUV Information 202-106 „Ergonomische Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen pädagogischer Fachkräfte in Kindertageseinrichtungen“ betrachtet Belastungen und Beanspruchungen am Arbeitsplatz pädagogischer Fachkräfte und beschreibt technische, organisatorische und personenbezogene Präventionsmaßnahmen zu den Themenbereichen „Muskel-Skelettbelastungen“, „Natürliche und künstliche Beleuchtung“, „Raumtemperatur und Luftqualität“ sowie „Lärm“. Diese DGUV Information richtet sich primär an die Träger und Leitungen von Kindertageseinrichtungen, da sie im Rahmen ihrer Zuständigkeiten für die Sicherheit und Gesundheit ihrer Beschäftigten Sorge zu tragen haben. Aber auch für pädagogische Fachkräfte bietet sie verhaltensbezogene Hinweise, mit denen eine Verbesserung ihrer Arbeitssituation ermöglicht werden kann. Aufsichtspersonen können und sollen die Schrift im Beratungsfall als gesicherte Fachmeinung heranziehen.
