Access of ageing musicians to effective safety and health measures is becoming a worrying issue as retirement age gradually increases. Musicians are quite often subject to repetitive strain injuries, muskuloskelettal disorders, focal dystonia, hearing losses, stage anxiety and other forms of stress. These numerous affections may make the end of a career quite difficult for senior musicians

The topics of this conference include « Ageing of musicians in the context of an increasing retirement age », in addition to:

– Stress, stage anxiety and other forms of psychological pressure

– Well-being at work: creating a favourable working environment
