Description
The Rothschild Hospital in Paris opened in 2010. It was designed to take into account disability, the physical dependence of patients and the comfort of patients and staff. Dedicated for the most part to follow-up and rehabilitation care, it is a pilot establishment, within the AP-HP, for the management of improved working conditions.
When designing the building, the working conditions of the staff were a real concern. For example, all the rooms are individual and equipped with rail-mounted patient lifts serving the bed and the bathroom. The equipment was standardised throughout the building
L’hôpital Rothschild à Paris a ouvert en 2010. Il a été conçu en prenant en compte à la fois le handicap, la dépendance physique des malades, le confort du patient et du personnel. Dédié pour une large part aux soins de suite et de réadaptation, c’est un établissement pilote, à l’AP-HP, pour la gestion de l’amélioration des conditions de travail.
Lors de la conception du bâtiment, les conditions de travail du personnel ont été une réelle préoccupation. Toutes les chambres sont par exemple individuelles et équipées de lève-patients sur rail, desservant le lit et la salle de bains. L’équipement a été homogénéisé sur l’ensemble de l’établissement.
