It also briefly presents the national and EU context of chemical legislation and gives examples of good practice. The guide is part of a series of guidance documents published by the Romanian occupational safety and health (OSH) Institute as part of the Sectorial Plan 2009-2012 of the Romanian Ministry of Labour.
