All personal data collected by EU-OSHA is processed in accordance with the provisions of the new Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data.
As a general principle, EU-OSHA only processes personal data for the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest on the basis of the Treaties establishing the European Communities and on the basis of Council Regulation (EC) No 2062/94 of 18 July 1994 and related amendments establishing a European Agency for Safety and Health at Work.
Data subjects are entitled to request access to their personal data, rectification and erasure of the data, restriction or object to the processing.
Any requests to exercise one of those rights should be directed per email to the organisational part of the Agency entrusted with the processing operation as indicated in the relevant privacy statement of the processing operation.
Data subjects may at any time consult the EU-OSHA's Data Protection Officer (dpo osha [dot] europa [dot] eu) or have recourse to the European Data Protection Supervisor.
