DE: BAuA looks at psychosocial risk management in company practice

Nearly one-third of small and microenterprises in Germany do not conduct workplace risk assessments but even large enterprises with established risk assessment processes do not often consider psychosocial risks. This is one of the key findings of a field research project carried out by the German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) about the psychosocial risk management in company practice.

The project concludes that in order to improve safety and health at work, the management of psychosocial risks must be systematically addressed and supported in various contexts.
