Obligations of the employer in working with chemicals and mixtures

In this article the main normative documents describing the employer's obligations in dealing with chemicals and mixtures are given. Accordingly, the employer is committed to ensure healthy and safe working conditions for workers with hazardous substances. It includes main and minimum requirements for reducing or preventing the risk to human health and/or the environment.
