Description

The guide explains how occupational exposure limit values (OELVs) are used for chemicals and provides examples of monitoring techniques. It also presents simple methods for risk assessments that do not use OELVs and can be used more generally, in particular for chemicals that do not have established OELVs. The guide is part of a series of guidance documents published by the Romanian occupational safety and health (OSH) Institute as part of the Sectorial Plan 2009-2012 of the Romanian Ministry of Labour.
