Italy – Approaches and tools to boost resilience within companies
Détails de la manifestation
The Covid-19 pandemic has meant that small businesses have had to be agile to survive. The flexibility to adapt to new business models, embrace new sectors, and implement fast and effective measures to protect employees has increased the resilience of these businesses.
To understand more about the concept of business resilience, the Italian focal point is organising an event on 10 December. Representatives from five companies share their experiences in adapting to new and evolving circumstances throughout the pandemic, accompanied by both business strategy and risk prevention experts who provide tips on increasing resilience.
In the context of OSH, the event would be useful to professionals who want to learn more about implementing employee protection measures in emergency circumstances. The event is a collaboration between FAST, the Federazione delle associazioni scientifiche e tecniche, Innovhub-Stazioni industry experimental station, CAN Lombardia e Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna, the Enterprise Europe Network, and EU-OSHA.
