Top on job!

The programme “Top on Job” addresses the issue “alcohol and drug addiction”. Addiction is an issue which in many companies is not openly discussed. Education and prevention are important measures to tackle this problem at a very early stage. “Top on Job” takes advantage of the fact that young people like to learn from people of their age and offers a training for young workers to become a tutor for other young people in their company.
