Work, Stress and Health 2019 Conference
The Work, Stress and Health (WSH) Conference is organized biennially by the American Psychological Association, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and the Society for Occupational Health Psychology. It brings together scientists and practitioners from around the world to explore the ever-changing nature of work and the implications for the health, safety and well-being of workers.
‘What does the future hold?’ WSH 2019 will give special attention to the workplace of the future, answering questions like:
- What can organisations do to support the health and productivity of their workers as the world copes with growing economic, political, environmental and social changes?
- How do we design and manage organisations to accommodate the needs and use the skills of a changing workforce?
- How will new work arrangements like gig work, remote teams, automation, and other technological developments change our jobs and workplaces?
- What are the positive aspects of work that can be leveraged to promote safety, health and well-being for all workers, and how will those aspects of work contribute to organisational effectiveness?
EU-OSHA is presenting one paper ‘New developments and trends in psychosocial risks management in Europe – evidence from the ESENER-3 survey’.
