Low value negotiated procedure: Monitoring and provision of EU political and occupational safety and health information (EUOSHA/2020/NE/F/SE/0129)
The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch in the forthcoming weeks a low value framework contract for the monitoring and provision of EU political and occupational safety and health information.
Main objectives / services provided under the contract:
The Agency would like to contract an organisation with outstanding proficiency and solid experience in providing political monitoring to cover the following services:
- Provide information from specific policy areas at EU level.
- Provide information about relevant legislative changes.
- Provide information about the activities of trade union organizations and employers organizations at EU level.
- Provide information about the activities of major political figures at EU level.
Tenderers must comply with the following criteria:
- The tenderer must demonstrate an excellent command of written English, at least at the level of B2.
- The tenderer must demonstrate experience of working in the field of monitoring and provision of EU information as demonstrated by at least 3 examples carried out in the last three years.
Type of procedure
Low value negotiated procedure launched and managed by EU-OSHA. The Agency will sign the framework contract directly with the successful tenderer following the procurement process.
The maximum total amount of the contract is 50,000 € (without VAT). Please note that the duration of the contract will be 1 year renewable up to three times. .
Participation in this negotiated procedure for a low value contract will be open to natural and legal persons falling within the scope of the EU Treaties (this includes all economic operators registered in the European Union and all European Union citizens) and to all natural and legal persons in a third country which has a special agreement with the Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement.

Please be aware that following the entry into force of the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement* on 1 February 2020 and in particular Articles 127(6), 137 and 138, the references to natural or legal persons residing or established in a Member State of the European Union are to be understood as including natural or legal persons residing or established in the United Kingdom. UK residents and entities are therefore eligible to participate under this call.
