The guide is structured as follows: first the basic concepts relating to musculoskeletal disorders, then the accident rate is analysed, especially the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders in the butchery sector, and finally the risk of physical stress is assessed and preventive measures and good practices are proposed to prevent the appearance of this type of disorder, applicable to each of the main tasks performed in this sector.
La guía se estructura del siguiente modo: en primer lugar se abordan los conceptos básicos relativos a los trastornos músculo-esqueléticos, a continuación se analiza la siniestralidad, en especial la incidencia de los trastornos músculo-esqueléticos en el sector cárnico, y finalmente se valoran los riesgos de carga física y se proponen medidas preventivas y buenas prácticas para prevenir la aparición de este tipo de trastornos, aplicables a cada una de las principales tareas desarrolladas en el sector.
