Das "Ergo-Guide-Konzept" verfolgt das Ziel, Mitarbeiter/-innen auf dem Gebiet der Ergonomie so weit zu qualifizieren, dass diese eigenständig Ergonomie-Probleme (z.B. ungünstige Körperhaltung und Bewegungsabläufe) im Arbeitsumfeld erkennen, mit Hilfe von Checklisten systematisch analysieren und Lösungsideen finden können. Im Laufe von zehn Jahren erwarben über 250 Mitarbeiter/innen der Firma Baxter im Rahmen diese Kompetenzen und werden in allen Baxter-Betriebsstätten als Multiplikatoren eingesetzt.

Description
The objective of the "Ergo-Guide concept" was to qualify workers in the field of ergonomics so that they can identify ergonomic problems (e.g. awkward posture and movement) at the workplaces, systematically analyse the ergonomic hazards and help to find solutions to prevent MSDs. More than 250 workers at Baxter were trained to identify ergonomic hazards and help to improve eronomic working conditions.
