Description

In the catering industry, carrying hundreds of trays daily can be a source of RSI. To address this, the Rainforest Café has reduced the weight of its tableware.

For example, by switching to polycarbonate carafes, the restaurant management reduced the weight of the carafes from 800g to 290g. The material is also unbreakable and causes less noise.
