Description

This report gives an overview of the development of risk reduction approaches, the goals of which are to reduce the global impact of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) on the environment and on health and to support a global transition towards safer alternatives. It is based on a survey, which was not intended to prioritise or rank responses from any one country or region; instead, the aim of the survey was to better inform intergovernmental discussions and increase awareness on risk reduction programmes for PFASs across countries.
