Information on chemicals

This website section provides access to ECHA’s databases. These include the database on registered substances, the classification and labelling inventory, information bases on biocides and regulated under other legislation, including the CAD and CMD. Furthermore, information on planned regulatory measures is made available.
Substance information in the registration database includes information on hazards and uses and can be obtained at different levels of detail: infocard, brief profile and detailed source data. The information in that database is provided by the industry and only partly quality checked by authorities
