Description

The European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER) asked managers and workers' safety and health representatives about how safety and health risks are managed in their workplaces, with a special focus on the newer 'psychosocial risks', such as work-related stress, violence and harassment, and including dangerous substances. The current report presents an overview of the results from the first analysis of the data, which were drawn from 36,000 interviews carried out in 31 countries.
