Healthy farmers, healthy profits project

Farmers and other agricultural workers spend much of their time in various unacceptable postures such as stooping, kneeling or squatting that may result in various musculoskeletal problems. The risk is increased by manual handling of loads, unfavorable ambient factors, long working hours, etc. This project was initiated with the intention of helping nursery growers, vegetable, berry and dairy farmers to tackle these and other occupational safety and health problems and to improve profits.
