Training small and micro-enterprises in Greece to work with OiRA
Following the success of a first seminar in June, our Greek Focal Point in cooperation with the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry (EBEA) is organising a second seminar for owners of low-risk small and micro-enterprises on how to use OiRA to improve risk assessment processes.
The training aims to give participants the practical knowledge of OiRA tools needed to be able to undertake the role of Safety Technician in their businesses.
Taking place in Athens on 9 September, the training covers basic occupational safety and health (OSH) principles, national OSH legislation and then focuses on the OiRA tools available at national level. A training workshop using a real-life example of how OiRA has been used gives participants a first-hand look at its benefits.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the 30 attendees are split into two groups of 15 (onsite & online) and the seminar includes an online presentation of NAPO episodes on OiRA and other OSH-related topics.
