Under the Prevention in the construction and other outdoor workplaces title, this networking event was held in the EU-OSHA’s premises in Bilbao from 4 to 5 October 2023.
The programme focused on discussions about e-tools to assist occupational risk assessment and prevention in the construction and other outdoor workplaces. The sessions included a series of presentations by five speakers introducing the topic, practical exercises among attendees sharing their experiences, as well as some occupational safety and health approaches presented by both speakers and groups.
The discussions tackled key challenges and benefits from the use of e-tools within the construction sector and outdoor work, in terms of its development and maintenance, multilingualism, promotion and dissemination, and over-time updates and evaluation.
