PsyHealth worXs! has developed a free online training on psychosocial risk assessment (PRA) specifically tailored to the needs of workers in the European Union. Learners are guided step by step through the process of PRA and receive tips from experts in short video-based learning sequences. 

This fifth edition of the course, starting on 23 October, will also include: subtitles in 8 languages - Dutch, English, French, German, Luxemburgish, Romanian, Portuguese and Swedish; an overview of instruments for assessing psychosocial risks and a catalogue of measures with recommendations for work redesign; and an updated and optimized “serious game” to test the knowledge gained during the course available in 7 languages.

The course will take place on the edX learning platform and enables the exchange with like-minded people and can be completed at one’s own pace.
