In this online course Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Ute Hülsheger and Prof. Dr. rer. soc. Jessica Lang will guide participants through the 7 steps of psychosocial risk assessment, present the latest research findings, share insights and tips from practitioners, and skills to adapt the lessons learned to specific contexts.

By the end of the course, the participants will learn what is work-related stress, scientific foundations and legal obligations in psychosocial risk assessment, obstacles to psychosocial risk assessment, design, implementation, evaluation of interventions, and much more.
