On 13 September, our Lithuanian focal point, the State Labour Inspectorate, gathered representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises, work safety specialists and other experts to discuss the importance of effective workplace risk assessment.

After providing participants with an overview of ongoing EU-OSHA projects, there was a presentation of OiRA, the Online interactive Risk Assessment tool. OiRA tools are free, tailored by sector, country and language, and enable small and medium-sized enterprises to carry out risk assessments.
