New report focusing on telework and ICT-based mobile work published by Eurofound
Eurofound's new report Telework and ICT-based mobile work: Flexible working in the digital age analyses the employment and working conditions of people with telework and ICT-based mobile work (TICTM) arrangements, focusing on how it affects their work–life balance, health, performance and job prospects.
Despite the flexibility and higher level of worker autonomy, TICTM arrangements also imply risks of higher stress levels and failing worker health, among others. This report includes evidence on how interactions between the world of work and digitalisation can shape the working conditions in Europe.
