The MentalHealthMatters project by the Northern Dimension Partnership in Public Health and Social Well-being (NDPHS) OSH Expert Group aims to propose measures to better prepare occupational safety and health (OSH) systems, professionals and small and medium sized enterprises to address the workforce’s current and emerging psychosocial risks at work.
While a large part of the project work will be done nationally with the communities of practice, a common goal of MentalHealthMatters is to share knowledge and experiences and to publish an online First-Aid Kit for micro and SMEs and a Roadmap for policymakers.
The project partnership is comprised of the NDPHS Secretariat as a lead partner and five institutions: Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FI), the Tallinn University of Technology (EE), the Riga Stradins University (LV), the Nofer Institute of Occupational Medicine (PL) and the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (NO).
