In addition to the risks traditionally associated with office work, real estate agents are vulnerable to risks arising from contacts with clients and visiting sites, sometimes under construction, as well as from biological agents present in already-occupied buildings.
To help real estate companies to manage these hazards, our Online interactive Risk Assessment (OiRA) partners in Belgium and Bulgaria have released tailored OiRA tools in Dutch, French and Bulgarian.
