EU-OSHA has signed the OiRA memorandum of understanding for the development, use and maintenance of an OiRA tool with the the European Federation of Education Employers (EFEE) and  the European Trade Union Committee for Education (ETUCE).

This  general agrement  provides  the basis  for  the  cooperation  between  EU-OSHA and the European social partners for developing OiRA tool(s). The partners have committed themselves to start developing two OiRA tools for their sector in close collaboration with EU-OSHA. 

The education sector is characterised by plenty of risk factors, especially psychosocial risks, which include stress, harassment and violence. The tools will be based on input from the social partners and the outcome of former projects carried out in the sector. EU-OSHA welcomes the new partnership and it is looking forward to a fruitful cooperation.
