The University of South Australia in cooperation with European experts is conducting a research study with the aim to build an international index to monitor national approaches to work-related psychological health.
Building upon the groundwork from a previous study conducted between 2021-2022, this research aims to track any developments, progress, or shifts in national policies. By analysing these changes, the aim is to uncover their implications for both individual health and organisational outcomes.
The project is currently seeking experts per country to complete an online questionnaire regarding their country’s binding and non-binding policy approaches. Responses are needed from diverse perspectives, including regulators, academics, trade unions, and employers’ organisations.
It will take only a few minutes and participants must have knowledge of policies at the national or governmental level in relation to psychosocial hazards and/or work-related psychological health.
