June is the LGBTIQ Pride Month, the perfect time to promote a working environment where everyone can be themselves without the risk of discrimination, exclusion or violence.

The latest survey of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights reveals that LGBTIQ people are more exposed to face violence, harassment, and bullying than before, especially the youngest, who are particularly vulnerable. 

EU-OSHA’s research shows that LGBTI workers report poorer physical and mental health compared with the general population, including musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) related problems.

An increasingly diverse European workforce requires a successful occupational safety and health (OSH) management, embracing the concepts of worker participation, awareness raising, and prevention.
