The Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission is organising the second edition of the European Employment & Social Rights Forum in Brussels on 16 and 17 November 2023, where a wide array of EU and national experts, stakeholders and policymakers will assess how artificial intelligence impacts the world of work.

Rapid technological transformation brings forth new work opportunities and increase productivity, yet, it also underscores growing inequality, lack of transparency and new challenges to worker rights as our newly launched Healthy Workplaces Campaign: 'Safe and healthy in the digital age' also highlights.
