Slovenia – Which risks are workers most exposed to?
Workers today are exposed to a wide variety of risks in the workplace, from physical ailments such as musculoskeletal disorders, to psychological factors such as work-related stress.
In order to understand and map the risks impacting workers, the Slovenian national focal point, in cooperation with EU-OSHA, is organising a webinar to present the findings of the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER) - 2019, an extensive survey looking at how European workplaces manage safety and health risks in practice. EU-OSHA’s Project Manager, Dr. Xabier Irastorza, presents the key findings of this unique survey which gives insights into the design and implementation of new policies in the field of occupational safety and health.
This presentation is of particular interest to health and safety workers and employees in Slovenia and is being streamed online with some 300 participants. A discussion on the results takes place with health experts and social partners following the presentation.
