Description

A film screening, debate and photography exhibition titled 'O! Work Signs' will take place in Poland soon. Organised by our focal point in the country Centralny Instytut Ochrony Pracy - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy, the activity will explore various aspects of work culture and safety.

The screening will feature the animated film ‘Automatic Fitness’, winner of EU-OSHA’s Healthy Workplaces Film Awards in 2015, exploring the new world of work in a satirical way, along with other short films recognised in the ‘Signs of Work’ competition organised by the Polish focal point.

The screening will be followed by a debate that will cover a range of topics, including preparation for professional work during studies, expectations towards the workplace, psychological safety at work, prevention of professional burnout and the significance of work safety in the hierarchy of work-related matters.

This discussion provides an opportunity for participants, representatives from public and private companies and OSH service providers, to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore strategies for creating safer and more supportive work environments.

Speakers:
